Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Request form: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, your type of business, and the description you write.
• WhatsApp: the messages you send us and the profile name and number WhatsApp shows to us. An AI agent answers on that number, so your messages are processed automatically to prepare a reply.
• Consultation booking: if the agent books a call for you, we store the time you chose together with your name, type of business, the contact you gave and a short note about your request.
• Server logs: standard technical records such as IP address, browser type and time of request, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to you, to understand your workflow, to prepare and present a demonstration, and to send you a proposal. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

• Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form or write to us, and the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.
• If you send us business documents or example conversations for a demo, we use them only to build that demo.

Who else can see it

We keep the number of parties involved to a minimum. Depending on how you contact us, your data may be processed by:

• our website hosting provider, which stores the request and its server logs;
• Meta Platforms, if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, under their own terms;
• our chatbot platform and an AI model provider: messages you send to our WhatsApp number are passed to them so that the AI agent can answer you;
• Telegram, which delivers your enquiry to us as a notification so that a person sees it quickly;
• an AI model provider, if we use your example material to build your demonstration — in that case we remove details that are not needed for the demo.

These providers operate outside Indonesia, so contacting us involves a transfer of your data abroad. We keep the number of them small and pass on only what is needed to answer you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back. A booked consultation is removed from our calendar automatically 90 days after it took place, and the technical record of the booking after one year. If you become a client, contracts and invoices are kept for the period required by Indonesian tax and company law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Cookies, analytics and spam protection

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The one third-party script we load is Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible spam check that runs only when you submit the request form. To tell a person from a bot it receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information, and it may set a technical cookie for that single check. It is not used for advertising or for tracking you across websites. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where it is required.

Your rights

Under UU PDP you may:

• ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• ask us to delete your data or stop processing it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to processing and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to e-mail. We will respond within the period required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
